Reporting a problem well
Whether by chat or email, three things help us fix it fast: which page you were on, what you did and what you expected to happen, and a screenshot if you have one.
The chat lets you attach screenshots directly, and reports filed there automatically record the page you were on.
Grievance redressal
If something has gone wrong and ordinary support has not put it right, this is the formal route. It covers complaints about the service, about a charge, and about how we have handled your personal data. Write to support@edgetest.in with the word "Grievance" in the subject line, which is how we flag it for tracking against the timelines below.
That is the same address as support, and deliberately so. One inbox that the founders genuinely read beats a second address that looks official and goes unwatched.

Those are the timelines set by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011, and we hold ourselves to them. If a data-protection grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Account deletion, data and legal notices
Requests to delete your account, to receive a copy of your data, to correct it, or to withdraw consent go to the same address and are actioned within 30 days. Legal notices should also be sent there. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of your rights, and the Terms of Service for the agreement they sit under.
