WAAREEENER
Waaree Energies listed on the NSE in late October 2024, about two months after fellow solar manufacturer Premier Energies. It is controlled by the Doshi family, whose combined promoter group holding is a little over 64 percent; in 2026 part of that stake was moved into a family trust for succession planning. Independent trackers rank Waaree as India's largest solar module manufacturer by installed capacity.
Power & Renewables
Manufactures solar photovoltaic modules and, increasingly, solar cells, ingots and wafers, with factories in India and the United States; installed module capacity has expanded rapidly through 2026 to among the largest in the country.
Sells modules mainly to utility scale solar developers and EPC contractors, and through a US subsidiary to American project buyers seeking domestically compliant supply; it also runs a smaller solar EPC and rooftop business.
Earns revenue from manufacturing and selling solar modules and cells at scale, supported by India's production linked incentive scheme, plus a growing share from its US manufacturing operations aimed at buyers needing non-Chinese supply.

Companies file a balance sheet twice a year, not every quarter, so this is the most recent one published rather than the latest quarter.
Cash flow is reported for the year to date, so this covers the full period ending 2026-03-31 rather than a single quarter.
Median rather than average, so one loss-making or one very expensive peer cannot drag the reference. Valuation is shown without a colour verdict: a higher multiple can mean expensive, or faster growth expected, and only you can decide which.
Each bar is one quarter as filed with the exchange, newest on the right, so the seasonal shape of the business is visible rather than smoothed away. Hover any quarter for its full figures and the change against the same quarter a year earlier. Revenue and profit are drawn on separate scales because they differ by an order of magnitude; reading one against the other would be misleading.
2026 has paid Rs 2.00 per share, about Rs 76 on Rs 1 lakh at today's price. Dividends are at the company's discretion and can be cut or skipped.
The share of traded quantity that was actually delivered (not squared off intraday) - high delivery vs its 20-session average suggests real buying or holding, not just churn.
